AERC March 2009 Report

The April meeting had one large application to review. We broke it into pieces, and after trading emails, we had a meeting with the homeowner to clarify exactly what he wanted to do. The request was repackaged into 2 applications and both were approved.

Like last year, the AERC will tour the neighborhood and note items that should be on the homeowner’s Spring Clean Up List.  We have an article in the Newsletter explaining what we are going to do and our neighborhood tour will take place shortly after the Newsletter is distributed.

In the past 2 years, about 60% of the homeowners fix what’s needed within the month and about 75% complete their actions within 2 months.
