The AERC held its May meeting electronically and reviewed 3 applications.

Applications

14 Monona Court - remove current deck and replace with larger one. Approved

7236 Grinnell Drive - replace front door Approved

15501 Indianola - replace existing deck with larger deck to include a pergola and benches. Approved

Common Area

The grass area between Villisca and Monona Terrace has a grouping of trees that used to be in a garden of mulch. The edging has disappeared and weeds have grown up. It certainly would look nice it the area was edged and mulched again. Perhaps this area can be added to our lawn contract, like the common area at the other end of Monona Terrace.

Spring Clean up

22 Spring Clean Up forms were sent to homeowners in early May reminding them of items that needed to be done. 5 homeowners have fixed their. The remaining 17 will now receive individual letters requesting that take care of this maintenance.
