AERC February 2008 Report

The AERC held the February meeting electronically and there were no applications to review.

We have had one homeowner contact about the addition of a fence. The house is on a cul-de-sac and that makes one of the Guidelines problematic (the fence may not be forward of the front building line of any adjacent home). The committee is discussing the issue now.
