About
Hollybrooke
This is the official web site of Hollybrooke, a subdivision of
Derwood, Maryland. Over 231 families are happy to call Hollybrooke
their home.
The development of Hollybrooke is overseen by the volunteer
elected Derwood Station South Homeowners Association. The Board members
serve two year
terms with alternating starting years. Actual business and bookkeeping
is done by a management company (MTM) that is hired to manage our
business affairs.
The Association's Board meets the first Monday of each month
at 7
pm, with the location rotating between board member's homes. You are
welcome to attend and share your observations with, and ask questions
to the Board.

The Montgomery County Department of Solid Waste is responsible for
maintenance of the Gude Landfill has set up a website to display test
data and test plans. Meeting minutes between the DSW and the Gude
Landfill Concerned Citizen group (GLCC) are also posted.
