HOA Notice - Fee Increase ~5.8%

After 6 years without a fee change, the HOA Board has reviewed the cash flow in our operating account and concluded that increased expenses, including tree maintenance and irregular snow removal costs require an increase in HOA fees.

The approximately 5.8% increase would bring in some $3200/year. House fees would go up from $107 to $113, and townhouse fees from $178 to $188 semi-annually. The new rates start with the June assessment.

• Waste Transfer Station Offices - 16101 Frederick Road - discussion of landfill issues and possible dump uses after remediation work is completed
  

• The Montgomery County Department of Solid Waste owns and is responsible for maintenance of the Gude Landfill. They have set up a website to display test data and test plans and eventually remediation information. Meeting minutes with the Gude Landfill Concerned Citizen group (GLCC) are also posted.
