The Architectural and Environmental Review Committee

The AERC is one of the Association’s Standing Committees. The responsibility of the AERC is to maintain the beauty of the neighborhood through community guidelines, an application for change process, and member communications. The procedures, guidelines, and application forms are available on the Association’s website (see the buttons on the left), from MTM, or from any AERC member.

The AERC Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M, unless otherwise communicated. The meetings are open to all homeowners and you are welcome to attend. Call any AERC member to confirm time, date and location.

-DSS HOA snow removal is only done in unassigned common areas. (See below)

-this includes those areas of sidewalk that are not adjacent to a private property, but are inside the HOA. This includes Wapello Way at the pipeline easement, on Indianola Dr. beside the townhomes, and on Monona Dr. This does not include the townhome parking lots or sidewalks. See the snow removal map below.

-otherwise, residents are responsible for snow removal from their adjacent sidewalks.
