    -nothing to report - still looking for a copy of the neighborhood tree planting map

Social and Welcoming Activities Committee Report - Danielle
    -Community yard sale - we have interest from all 3 HOA's and various members of the community to organize a combined yard sale some time this spring   - possible dates are: Saturdays--April 10, 17, 24.

Gude Landfill status - (Keith absent)
   -DSW is finalizing drill hole locations to take water samples

    -nothing to report. February minutes posted

    -Deed transfer from Magruder - papers signed, filed with county, posted on website under documents
